Kids Tooth Team Outreach is a non-profit organization that we have created based on the belief that all children deserve the best care in the world by the most well-trained doctors and staff in the safest and cleanest facilities, regardless of their socioeconomic status or geographic location. That’s why our mobile pediatric dental clinic brings a safe, fun environment to patients who need access to quality care—free of charge.

At Kids Tooth Team, we are honored to serve as a community provider for the St. David’s Foundation Dental Program — the largest dental nonprofit in the nation and a trusted partner dedicated to improving the oral health of children across Central Texas.

Through this partnership, our team proudly provides comprehensive care for some of the highest-risk and most deserving children in our communities, ensuring they have access to the same level of compassion, safety, and clinical excellence as every other child we serve.

Dr. Alexandra Otto, our founder and clinical director, is also a guest lecturer for the St. David’s Foundation doctor group, helping train and mentor providers on best practices in pediatric dentistry and minimally invasive treatment philosophies.
Being trusted with the care of these incredible patients — and with the opportunity to educate and collaborate with the dedicated clinicians who serve them — is one of the greatest honors of our work. Together with St. David’s Foundation, we’re breaking down barriers to care, restoring smiles, and building brighter futures for Texas children — one visit at a time.

At Kids Tooth Team, we believe in growing the next generation of compassionate, community-minded dental professionals.

In partnership with the University of Texas Pre-Dental Society, we have developed a Leadership and Service Program that allows aspiring dentists to gain hands-on experience through our Kids Tooth Team Mobile Outreach program.

Participants are immersed in real-world public health dentistry — learning not only the clinical and operational aspects of care delivery, but also the values of advocacy, access, and empathy that define our mission. Through mentorship and service, students build leadership, communication, and teamwork skills that prepare them to become the kind of healthcare providers our communities need most.
